GSP now follows a dual-diamond process:
- Branding diamond -- discover, strategize, define identity, build system
- Project diamond -- brief, research, design, build, review
Each phase produces real artifacts written to .design/. The filesystem is the integration layer between phases.

The branding diamond runs end-to-end: research, strategy, verbal identity, visual identity, and design system. Each phase has a dedicated agent with focused prompts.
Project Health
/gsp:doctor checks your project state -- missing configs, stale artifacts, broken references. It reports issues and suggests fixes.
Design Trends
A trend index with 9 enriched trend files covering current design directions. Research agents reference these during the discover phase.
